We started with a project called “399” in 1997. The name of the project was derived from the plot number. We wanted to design and build modern, stylish luxury apartments that could replace “bungalows” in Ahmedabad.

The project was designed by Anand and Shaan Zaveri, and was jointly developed with JMC Projects India Limited, one of the best construction companies based in Ahmedabad. Our aim was to create a superb living environment with top of the line finishes and amenities.

399 was completed in 1999. Occupied by professionals, executives, businessmen, NRIs, 399 is considered one of the best residential developments in Ahmedabad.

In 2005, Shaan Zaveri, Chetas Shah (Civil Engineer), Pankaj Shah (Civil Engineer, and former JMC executive) teamed up with Anand Shah, and his family who owned a beautiful property in Bodakdev, for another luxury development…“426”.
